No! You can purchase washes any time, any where and they are yours to use whenever you would like.
No. Your free account allows you access to all areas of the app.
Yes – the Loyalty Rewards program works by tracking in-app purchases, so a card is required for this.
Yes! Once you enter your card details, the data is secured by tokenization. From this point on, none of your sensitive data is ever held on the app.
Tap the ‘Washes’ button on the home screen or menu to review the washes we have available. Tap ‘Purchase’ to review your chosen item, then tap ‘Confirm Purchase’.
Go to ‘My Wallet’ to review your purchase(s). Tap ‘Use Wash’ on the one you wish to redeem. This will generate a QR code that can be scanned at any of our kiosks. Alternatively, you can enter the associated 9-digit code on the kiosk keypad that is displayed in the upper-right corner.
Every time you purchase a wash in the app, you earn points. The Loyalty Tracker on the home screen will automatically update to let you know your current status. DOES NOT APPLY TO MONTHLY WASH CLUBS
No. The Loyalty Rewards program is based on in-app purchases only.
When you reach the Loyalty Points goal, your complimentary wash will be automatically added to ‘My Wallet’. You also receive a notification on the home screen. For redemption, simply open the complimentary wash in ‘My Wallet’ the next time you visit us and scan it at the kiosk!
Yes! Any additional points you have left after reaching the points goal will automatically roll over to your next loyalty cycle.
No – your reward is valid forever.
No, the Loyalty Reward is currently set for our best wash.
From the home screen or side menu, tap ‘Send a Gift’. Type the name of the recipient, their email address, choose an optional email header, and add an optional personal message. Then tap ‘Select Gift’ to choose the item you wish to send. Complete the purchase as you would with a regular wash purchase. The gift recipient will receive your gift by email.
A copy of the gift is automatically sent to the email address you have registered with your account. You can forward this to the recipient. Alternatively, you can go to ‘My Purchases’ to view the gift purchase. Tapping the purchase shows additional details, including a 9-digit code. You can provide this code to the gift recipient, which they can enter on the kiosk keypad for redemption.
It is possible you have already used the wash. Go to ‘My Purchases’ and tap the wash you are trying to redeem for more details. If it says ‘Uses: 0 of 1 remaining’, you have already redeemed the wash. If it says ‘Uses: 1 of 1 remaining’, please reach out to us for assistance. You may also have purchased a wash that is not valid at the location you are visiting. Tap ‘My Purchases’ and then tap the wash you are trying to redeem to bring up additional details. It lists the locations the wash can be used at. Please verify if the wash is valid at the location you are at.
Go to ‘My Account’ and verify the ‘Push Notification’ toggle is turned ON.
From the main login screen, tap ‘Forgot Password’, then enter your email address. A temporary code will be emailed to you. Once you enter this code in the app, you will be able to enter a new password.
Monthly Wash Club purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a machine malfunction that affects service for an entire month. To ensure the wash meets your expectations, we recommend purchasing a single wash prior to enrolling in a Monthly Wash Club. If you are satisfied with the results, a Monthly Wash Club can then be a great value option.
